How much is the fee for the service call?	We charge  $65 fee for the service call.  In case you decide to order the budget estimated for the repair, the service call fee is not charged.
How quickly can your service engineer attend my appliance?	We schedule dates based on our technicians and customer availability.  Our help desk department is always in contact with both in order to keep them informed of to assure punctuality and availability.  Emergencies services are available, which are usually attended on weekends, or after hours.
What if your service engineer cannot repair the appliance?	In the event that your appliance is deemed to be beyond economical repair & / or we are unable to obtain spare parts from our suppliers to repair the appliance, we will refund you the original fixed price fee paid.
What if the repaired appliance repeats its problem afterwards?	Our residential or domestic customers are backed by one (1) year of warranty on any appliance repaired by our engineers.
What if the repaired appliance is damaged again by the same causes?	Our commercial customers are backed by ninety (90) days of warranty on any appliance repaired by our engineers.
What is an SLA?	SLA stands for Service Level Agreement, which means a pre-paid agreement extended to one year, to provide you repair, support and maintenance services, to selected appliances, according to a plan chosen.
Which appliances are repaired or supported by you?	All major white or kitchen appliances: refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, microwave, dish washers, clothes washers, dryers, ice makers, garbage processors, hoods, and so on.
Which brands are repaired by you?	All major brands including: Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, Kitchen Aid, Maytag, Sub-zero, Whirlpool, White Westinghouse, and so on.
